This Letter From The Chef Is a Must Read!

To all my friends, family members and loyal fans. Happy 1st anniversary to Eating Fresh, thanks to all of you that have given me the support and the courage to push Eating Fresh to where it is today!

First of all, I would like to share with you the exact meaning of Eating Fresh and why I am dedicated to this mission.

1• Eating Fresh simply means exactly that… Eating Fresh foods. Fresh food is what our bodies need and crave. Serving food in its freshest state provides the finest flavor our taste buds deserve. It gives our bodies the proper nutrients that will help us become more productive in our daily lives. This is a dream come true for any master chef that truly has the heart, passion, and dedication to preparing foods that make life better for others. Have you ever seen fresh food in a grocery store and thought, “I really want to have it!”  In that instant, your body was trying to tell you,  “I NEED AND CRAVE FRESH FOOD!”

Have you ever experienced walking in a park, feeling relaxed and alive? There is something magical glowing in your heart! You were breathing in fresh air, surrounded by the freshness of our own mother nature. The only thing you are missing out on is ‘Eating Fresh’ foods.  Mastering the art of serving fresh foods to customers is a source of pride and joy to any chef.

2-Why am I dedicated to this mission? I grew up in a city that was surrounded by fresh foods.  As a little boy, I ate fresh foods every day. When I was still in my country, I wished that one day I’d be part of something very meaningful and help others live a better life. Because of this dream, I took on many challenges to try and understand the true meaning of life. From physical challenges, emotional to spirituality challenges, I overcame them all. This led me to write an inspirational book about moving from one test to another. But, when it comes to making fresh food and serving it to my customers, that truly makes me feel that power of life in me.

3- The journey of ‘Eating Fresh’ began in 2008 when I started studying foods. This part of my journey continued until 2018.  At that time, I began to explore Broad Ripple and learn about its community. My food interests ignited me to make ‘Eating Fresh’ a reality for myself and everyone else. It took me 5 years to complete the planning, building, and food roll-out; finally opening ‘Eating Fresh’ at its current location.

So how much does ‘Eating Fresh’ mean to you, the Broad Ripple community and to the world that we are living in? How far can this mission be carried on in your hands? I have done my part, committing myself to push hard every day, working 14-16 hours per day for the past 5 years to make ‘Eating Fresh’ foods a reality for you. It is now your turn to help lend me your support, by enjoying my foods and carrying on that pride by spreading the word!

Thanks again for best supporting all this time…Remember, ‘Eating Fresh’ needs you. You can give us the power to carry on, and inspire us all here at ‘Eating Fresh’ to work harder and harder every day for you… So please…don’t wait.
