Are reservations required?

We strongly recommend that our guests reserve a table so there is no disappointment upon arrival at having to wait. You can reserve a table by clicking HERE But reservations are not required. We will be delighted to accommodate you if we are able.

How do I change or cancel an existing reservation?

If you reserved a table on The EATING FRESH’s website, you can edit or cancel your reservation online by visiting the Change Reservation page. For your privacy, we will send your reservation details to the email provided, you will then have the opportunity to change or cancel your reservation. If you made your reservation through OpenTable or by contacting the restaurant directly, please call the restaurant to modify your reservation.

Do you have private dining rooms for meetings or events?

We most certainly do. Elegant and comfortable rooms with an array of seating options, customized menus, and dedicated servers. Additionally, most rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art media capabilities, including webcasting and high-speed, hard-wired and wireless internet connections.

How can I learn more about customized menus for private events?

We have examples of customized menus available for viewing on our Website. But we will work closely with you to make sure your menu suits your needs, and are happy to advise you on wine pairings.

How do I book a private event?

You can submit a request for private dining on our Private Dinning page. Simply provide some information about your event, and a EATING FRESH private event planner will respond as soon as the request is received to help you book your gathering.

Do you give back to local organizations?

As we look for ways to give back to our guests, investing in our communities is one of the best investments we can make. Our restaurants serve their communities through a variety of local efforts.

Do you offer group discounts?

Rather than offer a discount to one particular group of guests, we believe our responsibility is to make sure we’re providing the best dining value possible to every guest who joins us for Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Is there a free birthday offer in the restaurant?

EATING FRESH guests can receive a complimentary dessert on their birthday when they dine with us.


Does the eating fresh offer vegetarian dishes?

We want every guest at The EATING FRESH to feel welcome. While we are not specialized in vegetarian dishes, we do have a vegetarian menu and our Chef is always happy to prepare a vegetable-based dish for any guest who have a special diet restriction. Please talk with your server about what our Chef can offer you.

Does eating fresh have gluten-free offerings?

Our menu contains many items made without gluten-containing ingredients. We are happy to provide you with a printed menu of those offerings at the restaurant upon request, and invite you to download our Gluten-sensitive Menu PDF. Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment, however, so it is possible these menu items could come into contact with gluten during preparation. If you’re highly sensitive to gluten, please let your server know.

How long does it take for me to receive my order once its placed?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days and mailed via your chosen method:

  • USPS Orders are typically received with 10-12 Business Days
  • UPS 2nd Day Orders are typically received within 4-5 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day orders are typically received within 3 Business Days

How do I make a request for a donation?

EATING FRESH donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the general manager of our restaurant. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.

Request should be on your organization’s official letterhead, including the organizations full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.
